Hello everyone, My name is Jose Garcia and I am currently a Spanish Teacher in district 204. I teach Spanish 3 and 4 honors at Waubonsie Valley high school and this will be my 15th year. I look forward to improving the use of technology throughought this summers. We have been pretty lucky at WV to provide all the students with a chromebook or as the students call it "chromie". I have used a wide array of applications, but mainly google. I would like to see what other options I may have that is not google related. I was forced to learn quickly how to create videos and other online video tools during the quarantine and hybrid model but feel like I just scratched the surface. I would like to see how I can develop my skills through these classes. As a long time soccer coach for WV it would be great to incorporate some technology into my training sessions.
